Project Description

International energy consultant supporting a country office in shaping its energy portfolio, through a review of sector data, policy and regulation benchmarked against regional practice.

Three outputs followed: an energy sector policy direction with a decarbonisation roadmap, a project concept note, and an analysis of blended finance, guarantees and green bonds for a hydropower-dominant system.
