Development of a sustainable public procurement toolkit and market mapping across ASEAN and Africa, for policymakers and procurement practitioners working on cooling and lighting.

Three pilots tested it in practice: two in Morocco with the national SuperESCO, and one in Ghana with the energy regulator.
