Designed the national market surveillance framework for energy-efficient, climate-friendly cooling appliances. Guided the product registration system through development with the software team, and trained government officials and equipment vendors on using it and on enforcing standards and labels.
Prepared the Green Climate Fund concept note for the next phase of support.
